This is a copy of the one-piece Soviet optics rail utilized on Molot RPK-74N rifles from approximately 1973-1986. Although this style of rail is only correct for a small selection of rifles, it can be used on any AKM, AK-74, or RPK rifle with a standard fixed-stock rear trunnion (25.5mm horizontal distance between rear trunnion rivets).
CNC machined from 4140 steel and black oxide treated.
Long rivet set for standard AKM/RPK trunnions is included.

The RMP (Replica Mounting Plate) series was designed to closely replicate original Soviet designed AK side rail optic mounting systems. Each model was recreated using original samples and high-resolution photographs. All RMP products are CNC machined from 4140 steel, heat treated to 40 HRC, and black oxide treated for corrosion resistance.
