This is an exact copy of the side rail utilized on Russian AK-74N and AKS-74N rifles. It is compatible with all Kalashnikov rifles with AK-74 style forked rear trunnions, as well as 4.5mm and 5.5mm sidefolding trunnions.
CNC machined from 4140 steel, heat treated to 40 HRC, and black oxide treated.
Short rivet set for forked or sidefolding trunnions is included.

The RMP (Replica Mounting Plate) series was designed to closely replicate original Soviet designed AK side rail optic mounting systems. Each model was recreated using original samples and high-resolution photographs. All RMP products are CNC machined from 4140 steel, heat treated to 40 HRC, and black oxide treated for corrosion resistance.
